The Panchthar-Ilam-Taplejung (PIT) Red Panda Protected Forest — or "PIT corridor" — has the densest population of red panda in Nepal and is part of the Kangchenjunga Singhalila Complex: one of the most biologically diverse places on earth.
We're building a center committed to alleviating poverty and ensuring a sustainable future for people and red pandas. It will benefit at least 2,000 local families with improved living standards and increased annual income.
