Red Panda Celebration Toolkit Now Available for International Red Panda Day!

Red pandas will be honored all over the world on September 20, as zoos and other groups join Red Panda Network to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of International Red Panda Day! There are many ways to celebrate this special occasion, but the original goal for International Red Panda Day is to create as many Red Panda Rangers as possible in one day, worldwide!

We are so grateful to all of the zoos, schools and other groups who participate and to all of our wonderful members and followers who help spread the word about this vulnerable species on International Red Panda Day and throughout the year.

There are many ways to celebrate this special occasion, but the original goal for International Red Panda Day is to create as many Red Panda Rangers as possible in one day, worldwide! Please feel free to use any of the following Red Panda Network materials to create and promote your own International Red Panda Day celebration. Create your own images, newsletters, flyers, posts and pins to entertain and educate your friends and family!

IRPD Activity Book

The International Red Panda Day Activity Kit is a great place to start! Download it from the Red Panda Network website now and check out the games and activities.

Children love to color in the Red Panda mask on page 10. Just adhere a Popsicle stick or a tongue depressor stick to the mask with a little glue and your Red Panda Rangers are ready for photos!

The booklet is downloadable as a PDF and is filled with fun activities, like origami, word games and educational activities about red panda habitat!
